"Please give us the ability to speed up the videos. It shouldn't matter how long (or short) it takes any staff member to go through these trainings as long as we pass the assessments. Especially for staff members who have gone through this year after year, this is tedious."

"There are some things that just aren't really needed for most teachers. Knowing the different kinds of fire extinguishers, for example, is pretty obscure. Most of us will only have access to one type anyway. It would be nice to be able to adjust the playback speed. Some of us have watched these many times, and we would benefit from a quicker pace."

"SafeSchools training includes important information, but it consistently takes much longer than the four hours allocated. It took me several days to complete. I would really appreciate the option to adjust the playback speed (up to 2-3x) to help manage time more efficiently. Teachers are fully capable of engaging with and understanding the material at a faster pace, and this small change would make the process far more manageable and respectful of our professional time."

"Course materials are helpful, but overall this is very annoying for support staff (in my case a substitute teacher) to have to go through the entire set of courses without any pay or compensation, before being eligible to perform as a sub teacher for the year. We don’t get paid enough to “donate” 9 hours of our time to be required to do this each year, when most of the content is repeated."
