"time to talk at our tables about the content, how to apply it in our teaching..."
"Some good ideas for math content."
"Both a.m. and p.m. had good ideas embedded into the presentation even though the presentations were slow. They could have gone deeper and farther."

"It was really hard having the presenter at the end and going until 4:00. I was exhausted and had a hard time engaging by the end. I would rather have it in the morning or start earlier, have a working lunch and get out earlier. She was great though- thanks for the opportunity!"
"provide a more detailed outline of the content to staff ahead of time (more than "SEL"), so we know what to expect"
"Too long for the what we got out of it."
"When you present ideas that need to be developed before they can be implemented, give the teachers adequate time to prepare materials. The math presentation could have been given in the morning and the teachers could have been given the afternoon to prepare the games. Without giving teachers this time, many of them will not implement the ideas shared. Always give teachers time to process and prep how the new ideas can be incorporated."
"I would suggest NOT having spring conferences and a day of professional development back to back again. It was two straight days of sitting and not having the ability to complete report cards, which are due next week. It would have been much more beneficial for us to have time to complete grades and report cards for at least half of the day on Tuesday. Another suggestion would be to let each building do a book study of the math fact fluency book so that we can actually create games, and observation lists and be ready to implement the games, not sit and listen to the exact games that are inside our book. "
" In the future, it would be nice to hold meetings that require the use of the internet at a location where all participants can access the internet. It seems like the convention center does not have the capacity to handle the amount of people trying to access the internet. "
