Responses: 1"I know the value of hands on training however someone who suffers from severe anxiety the role play scenarios were torture for me, kept me up at night and in tears during the training days having to act out scenarios infront of my peers despite how wonderful they and the instructors were Maybe having smaller classes and the role play scenarios done privately especially when recertifications are done annually. That being said I gravely appreciated all the knowledge and training that was provided for me I know it eill be extremely beneficial."
