"I would feel more valued as an employee if the training that we have from a Dr. would be the focus of what is expected to be implemented. It felt as though we took steps backwards with the afternoon time being spent on writing two-step SMART goals, a concept I feel like I have received little to no training on with the district. If the SMART goals are the priority, it would have been very valuable to receive a morning session focused on SMART goals. "
