"This was the perfect opportunity to give the outliers more information on how to apply and achieve the same priority standard setting when most of the people in the room see 3-7 grade levels and only get to meet with their job alike team once every couple of weeks. The instructor almost never mentioned our subject area or gave us examples of how to apply the information. "
