"Offering this course to more staff and paying for them to take on this large commitment for their own professional learning would bring a BIG PAYOFF in student learning. It would be an investment with large returns for sure. "
"Ensure relevance for all participants. As a special education team lead, many of the topics covered are helpful for when I am a part of another PLC but not clearly defined for how to interact with my special ed PLC."
"The extra modules took forever and I have a strong literacy background. Maybe just do the modules or the course but not both at the same time. "
