"Although this training is necessary, I feel that having to do it every year is not necessary. It is very time consuming and I feel that every other year would be sufficient to keep staff well trained. "

"Shouldn’t have to do this every year "
"Many of the videos are the same year after year. Would be good to get different videos to change things up a bit."

"I wish I didn't have to take these classes on my own time. I know the district "provides" a time during conference days, however meeting parents with a caseload of 47 and several new students who are in the process of being referred or evaluated, and writing/holding IEP/evaluation meetings during those days, there is not enough time to do the training during my work day. I even have to write IEPs/evaluations on my own time because there's not enough time in the workday to do them. "
