"For future trainings, I would like to be included to observe these strategies in action in the classroom. I would also like to have complete units made in Spanish so Bilingual teachers can have the same support as English. "
"One possible idea might be to split this training into a part 1 and a part 2. For example, part 1 might focus on learning about the strategies and experimenting with them. Part 2 might focus on selecting a particular unit and creating the unit. Part 2 might provide opportunities to review strategies while integrating them into a unit plan. There might also be opportunities for people in different buildings to collaborate when designing a unit. "
