"Yes we got to see the new draft for half day hybrid learning and we got to give our input in a doc with our PROS and CONS for the schedule, but we had NO discussion about our pros and cons. How will we know that these concerns are going to be answered or looked at. As a staff we feel as if our input is not being taken into consideration when we are the ones that will implement this schedule. "

"I would like more GLAD strategies for middle school/high school level. It was very geared toward elementary. Also, when I have a training, I expect to be taught and to have discussions. I feel like we watched too many videos. "
"Probably a Rubric with items to be covered would have helped -hard to find pages and content-perhaps casting the items on the screen instead of having people search for them (in different books and online)-and providing a link with content areas later (to search for) would be better"

"Added trainings Afro iReady interfered with PLC work and was not time well spent. We need more training for iReady in a efficient format, not 2 hours away from necessary PLC groups to gain 10 minutes of information. "

"The i-Ready trainer was very nervous - I'm sure after she didn't get glowing feedback after last time. My only real feedback was that she attempted to give the teachers an opportunity to work together but she wasn't organized about it and just through people into breakout rooms. In all fairness, when she asked the teachers they didn't really give her any feedback on how to break them up. I'm sure they expected this to already be determined. "

"Unfortunately, the vision was lacking. I have a great deal of work to do and vision is important so teachers know how to organize their day. It was clear for those using iReady, but specialists got - and regularly get - the short end of the stick."

"Are elementary teachers getting a day off to arrange classrooms and pre for the first day or start recording lessons. All of this new process will take time and resources. Elementary teachers need time to collaborate and start working in the classrooms."

I appreciate that my principal changed the topic to Hybrid discussion/planning instead of iReady training, because the need to discuss and plan for Hybrid model, a completely new construct for most of us, is a much more immediate need than training for testing, which happens all the time. "

"Hard to rate - our PLC time was very valuable. Being pulled away to attend an inefficient iReady training was frustrating. I still need support in the practical use of iReady.... not a review of the overview, which we already sat through in August."
