Sara helped us realize, through analyzing our data and looking at the new initiatives that our grade-level team is accomplishing growth for our students. The activities, the discussions and the collaboration helped us realize how much we are doing and helped us determine next steps for ELA and Math. We set goals for the remainder of the year in a non-threatening productive way. Sara has a way of energizing and strengthening a team that is unique and empowering. I wish all of our trainings were this helpful."

Responses: 1"Attending these trainings then having to teach for the remainder of the day is exhausting. It would be nice if they could take place on a professional day which would be difficult to have as a small group."

Responses: 1"I appreciated that we didn't have more add-on's in our last training, but instead, we got to look at what we are now doing in our classroom or as a team and make changes or choose what to add as we see necessary. Much appreciated!"
