"Always provide instructors who are not only knowledgeable, but also have the recent experience of being/have been teachers in the classroom. They have a realistic perspective of everyday teaching with real kids."

"-The trainer should have done 2 complete different lessons for 2nd and 3rd grade. Even if both classes were at the beginning of the unit/week. -Trainer could have used more turn-and-talk to help all students understand lesson/questions. "
