"Meetings need to be a priority of all team members. Additionally, it would be nice to have some kind of admin/district representative join one of our team meetings at least once in a school year. (Maybe provide some top-down leadership on where we should concentrate our collective efforts, or at least show some interest in what we are doing for our buildings, how we work together as a team, etc.)"
