Safety-Care Full Course: Advanced Implementation and 2026 Updates

This training is designed for certified Safety-Care trainers, administrators, team leads, and crisis response personnel. Participants will review and deepen their understanding of behavior prevention, escalation recognition, de-escalation strategies, crisis response, and post-incident practices. The course incorporates updates from the August 2026 Safety-Care training, including revised guidance on prevention, team-based response, decision-making during high-risk situations, and implementation fidelity. Participants will refine coaching and leadership skills, practice approved physical safety procedures, and review current legal and ethical considerations. Through discussion, scenario analysis, and hands-on practice, attendees will strengthen their ability to support staff, ensure consistent implementation of Safety-Care practices, and promote safe, supportive, and least restrictive learning environments.
