"Operational leaders were largely left out of the collaboration. "
"It didn't really feel laser focused. It sometimes felt like we were drifting from topic to topic. There were quite a few times we spent the entire session getting principal feedback on details so small I didn't feel my input was necessary. We could have trusted Amber and the team to make those smaller scale decisions. "

"I think we need to have more collaboration on the operational and culture sides of leadership. I had shared before, would be nice to follow the principal evaluation components and tie things into there, otherwise we are only working a couple components."
