"Castle Rock Teachers work given time to focus on student growth goals, but none of us could log in to EVAL on the OSPI website at the time. We also didn't have an administrator for the first couple of hours of the time, so it felt like our time could have been used more efficiently for other school obligations (progress monitoring/prep for handwriting, etc.)"
"There was a very organized agenda with plenty to do that closely aligned with our program goals."
"Great lesson and very interactive"

"Thanks Amber. You nailed it!"
" Our preschool was left without a leader for the first 60 min. of the agenda. The team could not access the evaluation website which was the first agenda item so we problem solved for around 15 min. by that time we realized there was a malfunction with the website so we moved onto the next agenda item; the Castlerock Dashboard. As we were looking into the dashboard, many questions were needing to be answered before we felt like we were completing the assignment accurately. On top of that, multiple teachers were left having to request access to documents in order to be able to continue. Our leader Emily joined us around 8:30am which we were then able to get some of our questions answered but not all. I just feel as if a large portion of our time was spent problem solving which a few of the issues could have been avoided if we had been given access to documents prior to our PD day. "
"When we did have our coordinator arrive later (after serving her TK teachers-our time was spent much more efficiently) Perhaps in the future if our coordinator is required to be at multiple buildings-we could work on our other things until there is an admin or someone available to assist us as a group. Thanks!"
