"The new hires have an onboarding session next week. Maybe going forward swap that to the Monday before Principal Days to help new hires better understand and process what is being reviewed for most."

"I wish each of the emergency protocols were reviewed and demonstrated for 1st time teachers."

"I would love to receive a printed list, grouped by department, of everyone's name and job. I especially need SPED, ML, and classified staff. I know names/pictures are posted on the school website alphabetically, but if you don't know a name, you can't look it up. A 1-2 page list would be so much more convenient and useful. Alternatively, group the website's alpha list by departments maybe? I actually think this would help students and parents as well."

"Why is more expected of freshman teachers on Wednesday? Are "classes" really needed on that day? Couldn't the ignite leaders go over that information and fill out their cards? Something to think about for the future."
