"Our team was not able to accomplish its purpose because of strong personality differences and an inability to stick to a plan. There were moments that lacked professionalism, not by leadership but by members. Although our school is small, it serves such a diverse span of grades and needs that better representation from additional members would be helpful and reduce conflict and opposition that exists in a small team where consensus is achieved in a 2-1 vote. "
"I have appreciated the organization and structure of LIT this year. Shelly has been a great team leader."
