OCDE Project GLAD® en español distance learning is made up of four modules. Each module contains relevant information and research specific to the module or topic to be discussed and / or learned in more depth.

This training is designed to support you as an educator which will help you:
·         Deepen your understanding of the OECD Project GLAD® model en español
·         Build a community of effective instructors who continues to meet the needs of all students, and
·         Increase the implementation of effective practices that meet the unique needs of your students from an evidence-based and research-based stance

Also, the training consists of four modules of three hours, where participants should attend synchronous sessions and complete asynchronous work. In total attendees must complete 12 hours at the end of the fourth session. Each module is designed to attend synchronously 2.5 hrs. and complete assignments asynchronously for 30 mins.
